Capital increase

New fully paid-up share capital: CHF 145,960, divided into 117,597 registered shares of CHF 1 and 28,363 registered shares of CHF 1 type A, preferential with respect to liquidation proceeds, all with transfer restrictions as per the Articles of Association.
