Capital increase

New fully paid-up share capital: CHF 210,200, divided into 117,597 registered shares of CHF 1 and 92,603 registered shares of CHF 1 type A, preferential with respect to liquidation proceeds, all with transfer restrictions as per the Articles of Association.
