Capital increase

New ordinary capital increase: cash and by offsetting receivables of CHF 391,107.92; in consideration of these receivables, 40,105 registered shares of CHF 0.10, preferential in terms of liquidation proceeds (A2), are issued. New share capital: CHF 150,945.40, paid up to CHF 100,945.40, divided into 1,000,000 registered shares of CHF 0.10, 290,600 registered shares of CHF 0.10, preferential in terms of liquidation proceeds (A), and 218,854 registered shares of CHF 0.10, preferential in terms of liquidation proceeds (A2), all with transfer restrictions as per the articles of association.
