Capital increase

New fully paid-up share capital : CHF 144,294, divided into 100,000 registered shares of CHF 1 each, and 44,294 Seed Class registered shares of CHF 1 each, preferred in respect of liquidation proceeds, all with transfer restrictions in accordance with the articles of association.
